These terms form an agreement between you and KLYPPR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the KLYPPR desktop application and klyppr.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you accept these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (16 in the EEA) and meet the age requirements of each platform you connect.
The Service and private beta
KLYPPR is desktop software that captures moments from a livestream through OBS, creates short-form output, and can publish to supported destinations at your direction or according to settings you configure. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the desktop application.
KLYPPR is currently a private beta. Access opens gradually and may be limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Joining the beta list requests access; it does not guarantee an access date, create an account, start a trial, begin a subscription, or produce a charge.
Free trial and paid plans
The free trial begins when you activate it in the KLYPPR application and includes 7 calendar days of access. No payment method is required to start the trial, and the trial does not convert to a paid plan automatically. You will not be charged unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan through checkout. If you subscribe during the trial, the remainder of the trial is kept and your first charge occurs on the day the trial ends. If you subscribe after the trial has ended, you are charged when you subscribe.
Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars. Listed prices exclude tax; any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is added at checkout based on your location. The Creator plan is $29 per month and includes 90 AI-assisted clips per billing month. The Growth plan is $49 per month and includes 240 AI-assisted clips per billing month. Both plans include the same core features; only the monthly clip allowance differs. Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid billing month.
If a renewal payment fails for a subscription that has been paid before, you keep access to your plan for 3 days (72 hours) from when the payment first failed. Payment retries do not extend this period. During it, AI-assisted clips continue to draw on the remaining allowance of the last paid billing month, and a new allowance begins only once the renewal is paid. If the renewal is still unpaid after 3 days, paid features stop until payment succeeds; your clips, settings, and account are retained. A first payment that never succeeded does not receive this grace period.
One captured moment counts as one AI-assisted clip, however many AI steps it uses. Raw captures and clips saved without AI do not consume AI clip credits; retries, re-renders, and re-exports do not consume additional credits; and publishing one clip to multiple platforms counts as one clip. Unused clips do not roll over. If AI cannot process a clip at all, its credit is returned. When the monthly allowance is used, new clips can still be captured, saved, and rendered without AI-generated hooks, titles, or start trimming until the allowance resets; clips that would be automatically posted to YouTube are held in Review for you to post manually.
Payments are processed by Link, a Stripe service, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Charges appear on your statement as “LINK.COM*”, and you can also manage your subscription at link.com. Refund requests are handled under the terms presented at checkout.
Accounts and access
Public account access and account management are not currently available. When accounts are provided, you are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
Your content and responsibility
You retain ownership of the clips and other content you create. We claim no ownership over your content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed for game footage, music, likenesses, and all other material in your clips. Your uploads must comply with law and with the rules of each destination.
KLYPPR publishes only at your direction or under automatic-publishing settings you configure. For TikTok, KLYPPR sends clips to TikTok for editing and you complete publishing in TikTok; direct posting to TikTok is not available during the beta. You remain responsible for everything published under those settings.
Third-party platforms
By connecting YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting TikTok, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service.
KLYPPR is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, TikTok, or OBS. We do not control their APIs or availability. A platform may change access, quotas, policies, or features at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Publish unlawful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or platform-prohibited content.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, interfere with, or misuse the Service except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
- Circumvent usage limits, API quotas, access controls, or platform enforcement.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted beta access, successful processing or publishing, compatibility with every computer or setup, or continued availability of any third-party API.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or a nominal amount if the Service was free. We are not liable for content you publish or for actions taken by a connected platform.
Termination
You may stop using KLYPPR and disconnect connected accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or as the beta changes. Provisions that should survive by their nature, including content responsibility, disclaimers, and liability limitations, remain in effect.
Governing law and general terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms and our Privacy Policy form the agreement governing the Service.
