Terms of use

These terms form an agreement between you and KLYPPR ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the KLYPPR desktop application and klyppr.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (16 in the EEA), and you must meet the age requirements of any platform you connect KLYPPR to, including Google's account age requirements for YouTube.

The service

KLYPPR is a desktop application that captures gameplay clips from your livestream via OBS and lets you publish them to your own connected social media channels. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the KLYPPR desktop app. We may introduce paid tiers or features in the future.

User accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content and your responsibility

You own the clips you capture and publish through KLYPPR. We claim no ownership over your content.

You are solely responsible for what you publish. You must have the necessary rights to any content you clip — including game footage, music playing during your stream, and other people who appear in your clips — and your uploads must comply with the rules of the platform you publish to (e.g. YouTube, TikTok).

KLYPPR publishes clips only at your direction. If you enable automatic publishing, you are configuring KLYPPR to publish clips on your behalf according to the settings you choose, and you remain fully responsible for everything published under that configuration.

Third-party platforms

By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to theYouTube Terms of Service. By connecting a TikTok account, you agree to theTikTok Terms of Service.

KLYPPR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, TikTok, or OBS. We don't control these platforms' APIs, and we can't guarantee their availability — they may change, impose quotas (such as daily upload limits), or restrict features at any time, outside of our control.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use KLYPPR to:

• Publish content that violates the law or the policies of any connected platform, including spam, infringement, or harassment
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service
• Attempt to circumvent API quotas or platform enforcement mechanisms

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that uploads will always succeed, that clips will always process correctly, or that any connected platform's API will remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or, if the Service is free to you, a nominal amount). We are not liable for content you publish, or for actions a connected platform takes against your account (such as strikes, content removal, or bans).

Termination

You may stop using KLYPPR at any time by disconnecting your connected accounts and/or deleting your KLYPPR account. We may terminate or suspend your access for violating these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content responsibility, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as KLYPPR evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with ourPrivacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and KLYPPR regarding the Service.
